Linda in the Moment!
AI can be an amazing tool for kids—but it should never replace their own thinking.
Children can use AI to brainstorm ideas, organize information, explore questions, and create new things. But they also need to learn an equally important skill: how to pause, question, and check.
An AI answer can sound confident and still be incomplete or wrong. That is why kids should practice asking:
Does this make sense?
Can I verify it somewhere else?
What do I think about this answer?
The goal is not to teach children to avoid AI. The goal is to teach them to use it wisely.
We want kids who know how to use powerful tools while still bringing their own curiosity, judgment, creativity, and values to the table.
Technology can assist the thinking.
The child should still be the thinker.
People First. AI Second. Kindness Always.
